PART TIME
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBLITIES

Answer and direct phone calls. Take and distribute messages

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Receive, sort, and distribute mail

Develop and maintain a filing system

Order office supplies; maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

Provide general support to visitors; produce and distribute weekly letters to visitors; prepare weekly visitors package; greet and assist visitors to the office

Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs
-
Provide administrative support to Ministry Leaders; photocopy and print out documents.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Maintain membership database; add new members; update membership information, change member status; provide reports as requested

Schedule zoom meetings

Maintain schedule for Senior Pastor
